FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

General Information

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week Monday – Sunday

Recommended to review our schedule prior to coming on Friday evening and the weekend. We recommend reserving your play time on the weekend to ensure your spot and that we are open to the public/members during the private party window. To make sure your little one gets to play, we recommend booking your session online in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but due to high demand and limited capacity, entry isn’t guaranteed without a reservation.
Play sessions are 2 hours long. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your visit depending on availability. We do not provide refunds but will reschedule you to our next available day or time slot. We kindly ask that you begin wrapping up your play session about 15 minutes before your session ends, as transitions can take a little extra time, especially when kids are having a blast!

Sensory Notice

Terra Play Center is a vibrant and active environment, and during busy times, noise levels may be elevated due to the natural sounds of children playing. While we aim to foster a welcoming space for all, including children with sensory sensitivities, it is not always possible to fully control the volume of the space.

We understand that some children may become overstimulated by these sounds. To support our families, we have a limited number of noise-reducing earmuffs available on-site. However, we strongly encourage parents and caregivers to bring their own sensory supports, such as noise-canceling headphones, to best meet their child’s individual needs.

Thank you for helping us create an inclusive and supportive play environment for all children.
