We offer private 2 hour, 3 hour, and 4 hour party packages to suit a variety of celebrations, from birthdays to baby showers and even corporate events.
For those looking for a more budget- friendly option, our Mini Birthday Bash allows you to celebrate alongside others in a shared space. This brings the fun and festive atmosphere without the cost of a fully private event.

Holiday & Seasonal Décor Disclaimer
Terra Play Center proudly decorates our space for holidays and seasonal celebrations throughout the year. Décor themes may include, but are not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Fall, Halloween, and Christmas.
Please note that décor is displayed at our discretion and for timeframes we determine appropriate. Décor may be present during your event, and the setup or removal schedule cannot be altered or adjusted to accommodate private bookings.
Guests and renters may not move, alter, or remove any Terra Play Center decorations. If you would like to know what décor will be on display during your scheduled event, please feel free to contact us prior to booking.
Private Birthday Party or Event Rental – What’s Included

Birthday Party and Event Terms & Conditions
Private Event Rentals
- For all private event rentals a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
- For all private event rentals a booking agreement outlining key terms and conditions must be completed and agreed to prior to confirming your reservation.
- For Private Birthday Parties & Event Rentals, payment is due 14 days before the scheduled event.
- Parties are scheduled in set time slots and must begin and end promptly.
- Events exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled end time will incur a $150 fee for every 15 minutes your party runs late.
- For our private birthday parties or specialty events you may book up to 6 months in advance.
- All rules of play must be followed during private events.
- Décor may not be attached to walls.
- Helium balloons must be properly weighted.
- The following are not permitted: piñatas, confetti, glitter, or face painting.
- All vendors must be approved by Terra Play Center management.
- A 3% card processing fee applies to all transactions. Terra Play Center is a fully cashless facility and accepts debit and credit cards only.
Mini Birthday Bash
- For our Mini Birthday Bash, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- You may book up to 2 months in advance.
- Parties are scheduled in set time slots and must begin and end promptly.
- Guests may arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Events exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled end time will incur a $150 fee for every 15 minutes your party runs late.
- All rules of play must be followed.
- No décor is allowed except two helium bouquets.
- Helium balloons must be properly weighted.
- The following are not permitted: Backdrop set ups, décor, vendors, piñatas, confetti, glitter, or face painting.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed.
- May bring cake or cupcakes.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At Terra Play Center, we understand that plans can change. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness for all families.
Private Event Rentals:
Rescheduling
We’re happy to help you move your celebration when possible. A $100 rescheduling fee applies to all date changes.
- Payments will be applied to your new date (no refunds)
- New dates are based on availability and may include weekday or non-peak times
- If the offered date is declined, all payments will be forfeited
- Events may be rescheduled up to two (2) times maximum
- Requests made within 30 days of your event are subject to availability
Cancellations
- More than 14 days before your event: Booking fee and deposit are non-refundable
- Within 14 days: Total event cost is forfeited
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations happen. In the case of a documented medical or family emergency, the rescheduling fee may be waived at our discretion.
Weather
Your safety is our priority. If we need to cancel due to severe weather, you may:
- Reschedule your event
- Receive a credit for a future date
- Request a full refund
MIni Birthday Bash:

- Changes made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
- Same-day cancellations/rescheduling will incur a $200 fee.
- Your remaining balance will be issued as a Terra Play Center gift card. No refunds will be provided.
- Events may be rescheduled up to one (1) time maximum
- Requests are subject to availability
- Full booking cost is non-refundable.
