Our Founders Membership is the perfect way to make play a part of your family’s daily rhythm. For just $95 per month for the first child, members can visit Terra Play Center once per day—every day we’re open. There’s no registration fee, no long-term commitment, and the flexibility to cancel anytime.

Designed for families who value purposeful play, active movement, and whole-child wellness, this membership offers unlimited access to our intentionally designed, all-abilities indoor play space. Whether you’re popping in for a quick morning adventure or winding down after school, you’ll always have a safe and engaging space to enjoy.

Members may book their play sessions up to 13 days in advance, giving plenty of flexibility to plan ahead. You’ll also be the first to hear about new classes and community offerings coming soon—designed to enrich your child’s growth through creativity, connection, and exploration.

As a Founders Member, you’ll also enjoy exclusive discounts at our café and savings on birthday party packages—just a small way we say thank you for being part of our community. Discounted rates are available for additional children—see below for multi-child pricing.

To make sure your little one gets to play, we recommend booking your session online in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but due to high demand and limited capacity, entry isn’t guaranteed without a reservation.

Play sessions are 1 or 2 hours long. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your visit depending on availability. We do not provide refunds but will reschedule you to our next available day or time slot. We kindly ask that you begin wrapping up your play session about 15 minutes before your session ends, as transitions can take a little extra time, especially when kids are having a blast!

  • 15% discount for special needs: Letter of recommendation from MD/PA/APRN/Psychologist/BCBA is needed in order to apply discount. Recommendations to be emailed to operations@terraplaycenter.com. 
  • 15% discount for first responders, teachers and military.
  • Includes one wristband for caregivers and socks for children only (1 time pair per child/membership, no replacements given)

Sock Policy

For the health and safety of all guests, Terra Play Grip socks are required for all walking children while in the play area. Socks from other facilities are not permitted. Terra Play Grip socks may be reused for future visits.

If your child is not yet walking, any socks may be worn but feet must remain covered at all times. Adults must also wear socks while in the play space. You are welcome to wear your own. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe play environment!

How to Redeem Your Membership for a Play Session

  • At checkout, under the title “Redeem Your Membership,” select “Membership Redemption.”
  • Choose your preferred date and play session time.
  • Under “Select Your Tickets,” add:
  • One ticket for each child included in your membership
  • The number of caregivers attending
  • Proceed to checkout and sign in or create an account.
  • Under “Apply a Discount,” select “Redeem Now,” then choose “Membership” and enter your membership number (found on your booking confirmation).
  • Your play session is now booked.
  • We recommend checking our schedule and booking online before visiting to ensure we’re open and space is available.

Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Guests can reschedule their play session through their online account. Please create an account to manage your bookings.

  • Play passes are non-refundable.

  • Bookings cannot be canceled, but you may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled session.

  • If a guest does not arrive within 20 minutes of their scheduled time and has not rescheduled in advance, their reservation may be canceled to accommodate other families.

  • Missed sessions or those not rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance are not eligible for refund or courtesy rescheduling.

For Members: Repeated no-shows without notice may result in membership cancellation. This policy ensures fair access to play sessions for all members of our community.

Outside Food & Party Policy

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside food is not permitted inside Terra Play Center, unless it is for a child with a documented food allergy.

Additionally, birthday celebrations are only allowed through our official party packages. This includes no outside balloons, cupcakes, cakes, decorations, or party setups of any kind during open play sessions.
