Experience the joy of free play in a sensory-friendly, inclusive environment! Our Open Play sessions allow children to explore and engage at their own pace, with a variety of interactive zones designed for all abilities.
To make sure your little one gets to play, we recommend booking your session online in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but due to high demand and limited capacity, entry isn’t guaranteed without a reservation.
Play sessions are 1 or 2 hours long. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your visit depending on availability. We do not provide refunds but will reschedule you to our next available day or time slot. We kindly ask that you begin wrapping up your play session about 15 minutes before your session ends, as transitions can take a little extra time, especially when kids are having a blast!

At Terra Play Center, we’re excited to offer Terra Path—a one-of-a-kind, guided experience available during open play sessions that invites families to explore purposeful, skillful play together.
More than just a fun activity, Terra Path is a structured yet playful journey created in collaboration with physical and occupational therapists. It’s designed to help children of all abilities engage meaningfully with our space while supporting developmental milestones in a natural, joyful way.
Through Terra Path, caregivers gain the tools and confidence to guide their child through interactive activities that strengthen movement, coordination, communication, and connection—all while using our specialized play equipment.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning for more fun, we invite you to follow Terra Path during your open play session. It’s a simple, enriching way to make the most of your time with us and turn every visit into a purposeful play experience.

Terra Play Grip socks are required for entry into the play center. Socks cost $3.00 each.
Sock Policy
For the health and safety of all guests, Terra Play Grip socks are required for all walking children while in the play area. Socks from other facilities are not permitted. Terra Play Grip socks may be reused for future visits.
If your child is not yet walking, any socks may be worn but feet must remain covered at all times. Adults must also wear socks while in the play space. You are welcome to wear your own. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe play environment!
Siblings 9 years and older may enter as a “free guest” but should not play on the equipment as our equipment is intended for children 6 months-8 years of age.
Caregivers
Each paid play session includes up to 3 caregiver passes at no extra charge.
Every adult entering must have a caregiver pass and be accompanying a child with a valid play pass.
Additional caregivers beyond the first three will be charged $10 per person at entry.
Play Session Availability Disclaimer
We highly recommend checking our online schedule and reserving your play pass in advance to ensure we are open and have space available for your visit.
Walk-ins are welcome, but due to the intimate size of our facility and the immersive nature of our play experience, we may reach capacity or be closed for a private event.
Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Guests can reschedule their play session through their online account. Please create an account to manage your bookings.
Play passes are non-refundable.
Bookings cannot be canceled, but you may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled session.
If a guest does not arrive within 20 minutes of their scheduled time and has not rescheduled in advance, their reservation may be canceled to accommodate other families.
Missed sessions or those not rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance are not eligible for refund or courtesy rescheduling.
For Members: Repeated no-shows without notice may result in membership cancellation. This policy ensures fair access to play sessions for all members of our community.
Outside Food & Party Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside food is not permitted inside Terra Play Center, unless it is for a child with a documented food allergy.
Additionally, birthday celebrations are only allowed through our official party packages. This includes no outside balloons, cupcakes, cakes, decorations, or party setups of any kind during open play sessions.
