We believe in making inclusive play accessible for every family. Our pricing options cater to different needs, including memberships for frequent visitors.
General Admission

- Each paid play session includes up to 3 caregiver passes at no extra charge. Every adult entering must have a caregiver pass and be accompanying a child with a valid play pass. Additional caregivers beyond the first three will be charged $10 per person at entry.
- Age restriction, we allow infants-8 years of age (memberships will be canceled at 9 years + 3 months automatically, unless special circumstance and approved by TPC Admin).
- No charge for held/carried infants 0-5 months but cannot use equipment and must be held.
- Older siblings (9 years and older) may enter as a “free guest” but should not play on the equipment as our equipment is intended for children 6 months – 8 years of age.
- To make sure your little one gets to play, we recommend booking your session online in advance. We’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but due to high demand and limited capacity, entry isn’t guaranteed without a reservation.
- Play sessions are 1 or 2 hours long. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your visit depending on availability. We do not provide refunds but will reschedule you to our next available day or time slot. We kindly ask that you begin wrapping up your play session about 15 minutes before your session ends, as transitions can take a little extra time, especially when kids are having a blast!
- A 3% card processing fee applies to all transactions. Terra Play Center is a fully cashless facility and accepts debit and credit cards only.

- *Recommended to review our schedule prior to coming as well as reserving your play time on the weekend to ensure we are open to the public/members during private party window.

- Rainbow Memberships are available for in-person enrollment only. Eligibility must be verified with appropriate documentation before activation.
- Memberships may include a maximum of 3 listed caregivers and 5 dependent children. All children must be legally under the care of the primary member. Terra Play may request proof of guardianship at any time to validate membership eligibility.
- At Terra Play Center we proudly offer our Rainbow Family Membership. This membership offers a discount for special needs, first responders, medical assistants, nurses, teachers, and military: Documentation or letter of recommendation from MD/PA/APRN/Psychologist/BCBA is needed in order to apply for a special needs discount. Recommendations to be emailed to operations@terraplaycenter.com.

All memberships purchased before 11/3/2025 will be classified as VIP/Founding Memberships. These plans will be transitioned to the new pricing structure and updated benefits; however, weekend access will remain included for these members.
Sock Policy
For the health and safety of all guests, Terra Play Grip socks are required for all walking children while in the play area. Socks from other facilities are not permitted. Terra Play Grip socks may be reused for future visits.
If your child is not yet walking, any socks may be worn but feet must remain covered at all times. Adults must also wear socks while in the play space. You are welcome to wear your own. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe play environment!
Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Guests can reschedule their play session through their online account. Please create an account to manage your bookings.
- Play passes are non-refundable.
- Bookings cannot be canceled, but you may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled session.
- If a guest does not arrive within 20 minutes of their scheduled time and has not rescheduled in advance, their reservation may be canceled to accommodate other families.
- Missed sessions or those not rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance are not eligible for refund or courtesy rescheduling.
For Members: Repeated no-shows without notice may result in membership cancellation. This policy ensures fair access to play sessions for all members of our community.
Outside Food & Party Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside food is not permitted inside Terra Play Center, unless it is for a child with a documented food allergy.
Additionally, birthday celebrations are only allowed through our official party packages. This includes no outside balloons, cupcakes, cakes, decorations, or party setups of any kind during open play sessions.
